Anyone tried to cancel boostcard before? Their customer service is damn stupid. I emailed them few times to cancel, they just copy and paste the replacement procedure like a freaking robot. Anyone encountered a temporary cool off for 2 hours when trying to transfer money? This is so annoying and no it’s not a new account. I’ve been using it for months

How they didn't get fined by Bank Negara is beyond me. Especially the recent transfer fiasco. Seems like Bank Negara is sleeping.
