maybe the 2nd option is the root cause got the new login detected.
The app kept giving too many crashes on my samsung S23, i think i've ever uninstalled and reinstalled because of that.

managed to talk to an agent after waiting for like 45mins.
I was required to the face verification in the app, to rebind device and wait for 12-hour cool off.
The app crashed too many times for my face verifcation, till exceeding max biometrics attempts, gave me additional 6-hour cool off period to retry, wtf!

i now got to wait at least 18 hrs or until next morning i can only access, given that everything is smooth.

is it we need to have boost wallet only can open boost bank or no need boost wallet?

Crap..transferred 50k via instant/duitnow to boost bank but not reflected since morning til now.

Called cs and they said system glitch and make report for me..dunno when i can get back the money..

just realize they actually increased the transfer limit to 50k now from the 10k previously set.

Money already in their system but due to some technical problem, the figure didn't show up in our boostbank.
hope this clarified the rest having the same issue.

So far my BoostBank all ok. It's Rize which is the problematic one especially around midnight after 1am. GX Bank still can accept deposits via DuitNow around 1 am but Rize straightaway goes offline...

That said, Rize's customer service is very good.
