No integration with Boost Wallet and Boost Bank apps. Like as if both were developed separately and hated each other.

Already requested to terminate the account. Even Aeon has better app integration.

Boost Bank interest is lower than GX Bank and Aeon Bank. To get the promotional higher interest rate, they make it very complicated and have a cap. So, totally not worth it and no financial benefits for savings.

In terms of financial features, they are lacking or almost non-existent compared to GX and Aeon. So, for any savings and financial feature, go with GX or Aeon Bank.

but no insterest daily

An update, my Groceries Jar no longer exist as of 1st Aug and the money inside being auto withdrawn then transferred to main account.

Because boostbank is cooperated with RHB, so you know why it is not attractive.

i just signed up yesterday, given 12-hour cooling off period when requesting for transfer.

after 12 hours, it said my phone got new login detected and required for unbinding old device. the prob is only 1 device i logged in since signup.

Now the app is unstable and keeps crashing.
Making a phone call to customer suppport more than 30mins, no one answers. damn!

mine was not  new account...i used Boost wallet to do Boost bank deposits
This cooling 12hrs came after i activated the Boost Bank app
that caught me off guard as i was able to fully utilise Boot bank via Boost ewallet

mana tahu activated boost bank, need download another app
and this created havoc 12hrs cooling..

luckily i cautiously tested with Rm24k only,
imagine i sekali masuk RM100k rugi no interest 1 day
tunggu tu 12 hrs cooling!

and watch out this havoc not just preventing you transfer money out from boost bank
it also prevent you from doing anything inside your own Boost bank
ie transfer money from jar to main
deposit from main to jar
semua tak boleh jalan!

bodoh  i think no need to block internal activities within that account
but in its bodohness i found a loophole to exploit..
