yes, in the past, they have not claimed some of the transaction we used with debit card... so, suddenly claim back recently... i'm aware of the "unclaimed" transactions, they even withdraw my jar balance to claim back the "unclaimed" transactions...

so, i wonder if those who have closed acc, how they claim back
*
Boost also did the same thing... deducted RM1 for Digi top up recently and the last Digi top up I did was 1.5 to 2 mths ago. I only left RM1 in Boost and after the RM1 deduction, my balance is zero. Because just RM1, didn't want to waste my energy and time to call them.

That's why, I am staying away from Boost Bank.. they are unreliable, slow CS response, buggy app, etc. Although their current Raya jar is 3.3%, not worth it. I keep in Aeon Bank at 3%, lower but more reliable and less buggy app.

I dont think block will avoid the RM8 annual fee ?

What if you have only RM1 in the account? Then, they have nothing to deduct for the RM8.

Now can move my RM20k from TnG e-Wallet GoFinance to here because GoFinance interest rate quite low lately, not more than 3.1%

why redundant.. just put enough to get daily 1 cent  biggrin.gif

I mean redundant coz one you make a withdrawal, basically it's closed and balance moved to your savings.

Knowing Hello 2026 Jar will close automatically once withdraw part of the money.

No, will not be closed. Money in and out anytime no problem.

The 2% cash back with debit card (capped at RM30 every month) only apply tp physical card. Tried Google Wallet and didn't get the cash back. Using physical card gets immediate cash back.

3.88% unlimited amount also many people will return to Boost. Current FD rate highest around 3.75%, with only one bank offering this rate. Majority are 3.65% and below.
