Don't worry if not putting all your eggs in one basket. The big advantage of using Boost is that, u still can have access to Boost Bank via Boost apps while other digital bank does not have this feature.

Looks like Boost has removed the minimum transfer amount of RM1 from the jar.
Now u can transfer from the jar as low as RM 0.01. Yay! 😁

I told them they credited 0.01 interest but it couldn't be withdrawn because the minimum withdrawal amount is 1.00 MYR, but they tell me interest was not credited...

And even so, the minimum number is clearly wrong. 0.01 * 366 / 0.05 = 73.20, not 72 and that is without round up. The actual figure should be 0.005 * 366 / 0.05 = 36.60 MYR...

The special jar already reduced to 4% for Sabah jar while CelcomDigi and Celebration jar only 3.6% lah.

Oh, maybe they didn't understand your question clearly.

I'm still waiting Boost Bank back to normal. I still cannot login using Boost Bank.

Last time I was facing the same situation.
Call customer service number, there is no one is serving.
Asked Facebook Boost Bank page, no one is following up.

I have to end up solving the problem myself.😩
Finally, the problem solved.

My solution are as shown below:
Try Check whether your Boost Bank app is the latest version or not.
Try restarting your phone and open the Boost Bank app.

No issue logging into Boost Bank. Using Android.
Have you tried restarting your phone?

It seems like they force to remove the general saving jars. I just tried to open saving jars for specific purpose. Will check if the system closing the saving jars automatically or not later.
