Probably too many people request. Email send in Dec 2025, then auto-mail escalation until April.

I don't blame them though, customer service role usually dead end, high responsibility, low pay, no authority. high turnover role.

If didn't use the card, can ask for cancellation and no fee is charged? I bodoh and I didn't use it at all. So annual fee is RM8?
