me too! All saving and Celcom Digi jar gone even though I have just top up Digi RM30 using Boost. What happen?

Celebration jar also closed for me.

It seems like they force to remove the general saving jars. I just tried to open saving jars for specific purpose. Will check if the system closing the saving jars automatically or not later.

it would not affect me, i just emptied all my boosts yesterday sent to SSPN i

checked just now all still like yesterday in their jars
nothing happened

interest same 1 sen each effective rate 6%

experienced same issue..

saving jar auto closed (only has one saving jar created) and fund transferred to main account.. no reason whatsoever

what's happening? until now no news or notification?

some people try to deposit and put into jar but cannot already. Look like major outage or dunno what system trigger everyone jar to close itself and auto move to main. I'm scared so i transfer money out. Action automatically on jar should not happened. some more it is normal jar which not like special jar & auto closed when campaign end.

Mine ok too.. Maybe I am still new

they sent email informing jar issue. i just checked, all normal jar are back with zero balance. Even no money lost, but i lost confidence on using the bank. few reason:
1. unclear and misleading promotion on special jar
2. All jar missing and move money to main jar.
3. not much benefit when use their digital bank and ewallet. Compare to aeon bank and gxbank,

ie celcomdigi jar.

if perform RM20 transaction, will the jar be re-opened again?

if yes is it immediately after the transaction?

Yesterday try send money and failed face verification 3 times. Today try again terus get this code. Call customer service ask me to send email. Damn boost, app so suck ,customer service also suck. Always got problem with face verification when send money

noticed their apps quite buggy after the most recent apps update.
after login, they will show account status as "limited" for quite sometimes.
nothing can be done.
need to wait for sometimes, after a while (maybe 30 secs or so) only will auto refresh back to normal status.

this prob did not happen before the most recent update.
