I used to subscribe to Maxis 30Mbps which uses DSL connection but now already moved out to a new home that only have Time fibre.

So, once terminated the Maxis service, I asked should I return the modem & router, they said; no need.

Now my question is; is there any use of the modem? As the router, I can reuse as a repeater or extender (thru an online video I found online) but the modem is...useless?

Modem is Netis DL4480v1, it shown it has a wifi certified but I think it is blocked by firmware as it is a TM modem afterall.

So, is there any other use or just sell it or throw it away? 😅
