Terminating UNIFI Broadband, The process, I could not get in touch

I could not get in touch with their hotline customer service.
Anyone has experience terminating UNIFI broadband, do I need to return their Modem, Router and whatnots? Thank you in advance. |

Yr contract finish dy or not ? Old contract terminated fine X amount only , new gen contract fine Remaining month as fine ( end early u still pay for for contract period )

Yes, you will have to return Router (usually TP-Link, D-Link, FiberHome, AZ-Tech branded) If contract has ended, you can keep it |
