I have a weird problem and would appreciate some input.
Just got an AirPods Pro2 Lightning. I can charge wirelessly. However, I cannot charge with my iPhone Lightning cable but using the Lightning cable provided in the box, I can charge. Also, which is just as baffling, I cannot charge my iPhone with this cable.
Am I missing something?

On top of that I could use it to charge my iPhone and AirPods Pro using their respective cables. You confirming that my problem is in fact an issue and should not be like that? If so, a trip to AASP is necessary then.

Yes, I have no issues with my AirPods Pro1. The 2 is well within warranty period. Looks like I have to go make a claim. TQ.
