Let's say you have done everything even medical check up, how long can hr take to give you the offer letter? I have been waiting for a month. Is that normal?

I contacted hr but no response, they didn't even respond to reject or accept or give a time to get back to me.

i dont understand. Arent you supposed to only do medical check up after they confirm want to hire you and offered you?

MNC? Must be the background check. I took 4 months from 1st interview till I start work.

background check takes 14 working days at least. You cant rush it.
