KM is Kebenaran Merancang , or development order (DO)

it is more like principle approval - on the land use, buffer zone, public amenities needed ( include park, mosque, school etc), traffic study, etc.


after KM then will be BP approval- building plan- this goes into detail of the building, structural/architectural, M&E etc.
