Thinking to try LED bulb and according to google it's brightness, energy-efficiency and life span are better than halogen bulb but only a handful of biker use it. How so ??

Plenty of bikes are retrofitted with them.

The the better ones with cooling heat sinks (some with a fan) but fitment might be challenging for some models since you might not be able to get the dust cover/compartment to close back. YMMV.

Also just take note, just like cars, retrofitting hid or led on headlights might not be legal. So again YMMV. This is especially crucial for bikes as bikes tend to lack any aiming mechanism so your different beam patten may end up blinding other motorist.

fitting led bulbs into halogen headlamps can be a bit of a pain...i know coz i did it.

i even got one with low profile heatsink....my bike is h7.. i had to get an adapter to fit my headlamp... then theres the box thingy to sort/stick somewhere. n of course the box+connector wont fit through the dust cover hole.

luckily i managed to fit everything but was kinda tight n just had to jam stuff somewhere.

there are also drop in led bulbs which doesnt really require adapters, no heatsinks etc.. but the only one i found was 6000k ie. white which i didnt want. i specifically wanted 4300k ie yellowish as i dont stop for rain.

@TS
for your kapcai, just get those osram LED bulb, less headache and no external heatsink to deal with

many ppl use it, maybe you don't realize it

for older kapcai, the lightbulb and brake low light are using AC power so halogen is actually better

So higher k value = more brightness ?? 6000k much brighter than 2700k ??

You never know. Consider this. Bike headlights are mounted higher than car headlights. You might be blinding other motorist without even knowing it.

"K" is colour temperature in kelvin. Basically how "white" your lights are.

While whiter lights might feel brighter, the measure of brightness is lumens or candella. Yellower lights tend to penetrate inclement weather better, hence, why fog lights are yellow. Try not to go too white, you may find your lights not very effective in rain and fog.

Newer bikes like my dominar with led headlamps are almost completely hopeless in heavy fog. They are very bright in good weather, but pure whiteout in heavy fog.

that's what you call colour temperature. Higher nunber whiter. lower nunber yellower. what affects your brightness in bulbs would be lumens or Watts. but not sure on that

Any halogen bulb with blue tint will only make the light look whiter, but you will lose usable brightness.
Unless the bulb uses higher wattage, but then this will fry your headlamp wiring.

In other word normal bulb like this is the best way to go for bike like Kriss MR1 ?? Bright enough and no heat issue ??

No idea
You should see the ratio of power to lumen rating.

Or you can run over to any bike shop and ask if they have dual colour LEDs
