Tiguan is in the same class as CRV & RAV4. They cost like 7-8k for 5 year/100k maintenance cost.

The service center person who handled this service surely received employee of the month... best service campaign...

if exclude everything extra I belip still above rm3k..vw service centre really cut throat. and their tactics when selling car is throw price. those who fall and buy for sure will become victim.

Lexus ES250 also cheaper than this to service.

Add service cost to depreciation, fuuuuuu must be easily in 5 figures per annum

Actually seems cheaper than official pricing. Only the brake and bolt is unexpected.

fucking crazy..the price is way way more expensive than honda service centre..tiguan is cheaper than accord.. seems like my service bill is like I service at bawah pokok not at sc if compare to vw sc. lulz.

Sohai. DIY or go own mechanic will be a lot cheaper. Most of the items are DIYable even by noobs. Maybe cost half the price. But janji can sit whole day in aircond service centre free nasi lemak and Nescafé and WiFi.

Incoming 3rd year own Kia Carnival Ka4 11 seater...twice service already...still no charging for services till 30k km...next 45k km see how...

Wrong car to buy if you can’t afford the servicing costs. Buy is easy with their financial services, some ppl glamer aje..shd hv stuck to Mazda CX8 or Honda.

I think my hondak city total maintenance for the last 5 years pun not that expensive.

Kia also same, my not 5 years old picanto the 80k major service change fluid also wanna charge 1.2k.. I ask the quote then forget about it even still got warranty left

Biasa lah. In my case, my ride is 5 years plus, mileage 40k jer. Have changed cvt oil x2, cabin air filter multiple times, etc because followed 10k/6month (whichever earlier) un order to retain warranty. Imagine servicing every 3-4k plus km.

Basically coolant, ac filter, ac service & brake service.
