I think my hondak city total maintenance for the last 5 years pun not that expensive.

Kia also same, my not 5 years old picanto the 80k major service change fluid also wanna charge 1.2k.. I ask the quote then forget about it even still got warranty left

Biasa lah. In my case, my ride is 5 years plus, mileage 40k jer. Have changed cvt oil x2, cabin air filter multiple times, etc because followed 10k/6month (whichever earlier) un order to retain warranty. Imagine servicing every 3-4k plus km.

Basically coolant, ac filter, ac service & brake service.
