My advice is NOT to sign as whatever that is stated in your OL differs from what was told to you . The last clause I think is fine because usually companies cannot do anything to you until you report for duty. It does say Offer accepted AND do not show up on appointed date. So this is fine because you can get other offers from between the time you sign and the time you report for duty.
