i love those condo, especially unit that is facing burial ground, especial malay burial ground.
cuz not only those units are cheaper to buy, it has great views, very low chance of some developer will erect a building & block your view in the future.

Before I bought my first house,  I almost bought a house facing muslim kubur.  About 100m away.
Didn't manage to buy because bank loan amount not approve.

memorial park no burning mayat... no need scare la. can stay near. Qing ming walking distance only. LOL

Yes. I stay near kubur. People don't want buy house here. But it's really peaceful and serene.

I don't regret my purchase at all.not making story but I really like my house location now.

Other than that, it's empty and they don't do any yearly ritual or something at the grave

kesian...dah beli condo yg menghala malay burial ground. Nak jual dah lama tapi takde orang mau jadi terpaksa cakap begini la

Crematorium got black smoke a bit wan , especially when it's the only one for 100mm radius

Just see PJ one and the temple beside, chimney got smoke because soo many a day z everyday
