i love those condo, especially unit that is facing burial ground, especial malay burial ground. cuz not only those units are cheaper to buy, it has great views, very low chance of some developer will erect a building & block your view in the future. win-win!

Yes, u are correct. If your house facing malay burial ground, the only busy time when got people being buried.
Other than that, it's empty and they don't do any yearly ritual or something at the grave
they only visit during raya. also not too many people & very quick. i dun like ching meng though. super jam, they burn all the stuff that causes pollution, & literally hav picnic there for half a day.
