Bacne, also known as back acne is quite common among young adults. It is a very annoying problem as well and I have yet to find a cure for it. Any ideas?

1) keep ur back breathing lor..coz sweat clog ur pores
2) use scrub...those back acnes use one..
3) shower ur back often lor..maybe got a lot dead skin ar..and etc..
this is how i do mine one...i think..2 and 3 is got much more better solutions..coz 1 is like..u wear shirt..working whole day..sure sweat
hard to keep ur back unclog with sweat i guess:)so..shower lor:)

Dr Ting? What does he give you? Topical or oral medication?

I scrub my back too about once every 2 days, noticed that they came up more when the weather is very hot (espeically nowadays). Using a body scrub shower daily will give smoother skin, you can give Ginvera Green Tea Shower Scrub a try! :thumb:

I use the loofah everyday. That is in a way scrubbing.
I don't know , still doesn't quite help. I'm sad and frustrated.

hmm...1st,u hav 2 take heed 2 wat u eat everyday,drink more water,everyday eat at least 1 type of fruit,n shower often

n remember,dun scrub yr skin so hard,it'll only gt worse!

This is difficult. It can be lessen. But to make it totally zero and zero acne spots difficult bit. now im trying a whitening soaps. But have to wait, if works then i'll let u guys know

hehe...forgt 2 let u know...u hav 2 oways change yr clothes,n u can try 2 use Dettol Mildly Medicated Soap

My bf skates so he sweats a lot but didn't take care of his skin.
His back acne is cause by clog pores.

What I did on my bf's back:
1. Apply Aspirin mask
(2 Aspirin tablets mix with Simple Toner and light body butter I bought from Sasa)
2. Leave for 10-15 mins
3. Gently scrub the whole back
(Can see some 'dirt' coming out, like whiteheads)
4. Rinse/wash off
5. Apply TBS tea tree oil & light lotion

Now his back is smoother and cleaner. Yeah!!

Back acne, buy organic soaps. It definately can treat back acne. PM me for more info

Same thing, people who don't take shower regularly. This has got nothing to do with your body size, whether you are fat or not.
