Bank to see if can get loan first?
Kwsp to get the 9c form first?

I heard that if cannot get loan, just by being rejected would cause subsequent application to fail too?

If you want to know how much you can loan, just dropped by any of the bank and talk to a mortgage advisor. By submitting relevant documents, you can obtain a loan approval letter. With these, you can roughly plan your house hunt range.

kwsp acc 2 redemption happens after you complete your purchase, not before.

During my time, Normally 10% payment is not pay in 1 lump sum to developer. They call it progress payment. so I have enough time to pay up while waiting for KWSP. Normally take around 2 week.
