Anyone do pre- employment check while already about 90% recovered from a flu. Is that okay

No issues at all, it is just the flu.

nothing serious about it...

only others serious sickness is considered by future employers...
like heart issues, asthma etc.

Might be worth your while to do a separate independent liver function test privately if the job’s pre employment check is so crucial.

Sometimes, post influenza, your liver function tests can be quite deranged. It usually normalizes with no further intervention
