Stumbled upon this upcoming project in Seputeh.
Developer is Gandingan Jakel.

Makin lama makin banyak new companies (unheard of).

The site macam at a small kelompok near the Japan Club. Distance going to Midvalley/ Gardens/ Abdullah Hukum by car doesn't seem like a long journey but the route... mak ai.

There are a few types:

1. Type A 550sqft 1r1b
2. Type B 700sqft 2r2b
3. Type C 800sqft 2+1r2b
4. Type D 1100sqft 4r2b

Jialat nowadays squeezing in another bedroom in the range of 1000-2000sqft.
Perhaps that works for those buying for investment and can rent out the rooms.

Anyone has any info, please share.

Jakel is developer of J.Dupion in Cheras and they involve in another ongoing development in Setapak called J.Satine, can check both project as reference

550sqft im hoping is not LPHS SAMM unit.

It should not be right, Seputeh is in KL.

saw it fencing up already, is beside the Petron, sloppy.

Oh, closer to Avara and Mid Valley. Over About 400 units 1 block?!

Ya, for the distance to Midvalley, might be good deal. But also depends on their price tag

Isn't this part of the Federal Highway that's prone to flash floods?

By the way recently when passed by mid valley, I does see the site is seems been instructed to close by DBKL by law seksyen 70(13)(d)

Not sure what happened, it's been closed since 2X May until now.
