Stumbled upon this upcoming project in Seputeh.
Developer is Gandingan Jakel.
Makin lama makin banyak new companies (unheard of).
The site macam at a small kelompok near the Japan Club. Distance going to Midvalley/ Gardens/ Abdullah Hukum by car doesn't seem like a long journey but the route... mak ai.
There are a few types:
1. Type A 550sqft 1r1b
2. Type B 700sqft 2r2b
3. Type C 800sqft 2+1r2b
4. Type D 1100sqft 4r2b
Jialat nowadays squeezing in another bedroom in the range of 1000-2000sqft.
Perhaps that works for those buying for investment and can rent out the rooms.
Anyone has any info, please share.

550sqft im hoping is not LPHS SAMM unit.
It should not be right, Seputeh is in KL.

By the way recently when passed by mid valley, I does see the site is seems been instructed to close by DBKL by law seksyen 70(13)(d) Not sure what happened, it's been closed since 2X May until now. Attached with the picture shared from someone else. Attached thumbnail(s)
