Hi I want to buy a property for own stay with good CCTV camera all around the condo for safety purposes . Visited few condos but only 2 camera for 1 entire floor which is not enough.
My budget is about rm 1 mil to 1.5 mil max with 1500 sq feet and 3 bedroom minimum .

The budget is too low for the features he wants in the chosen locations.

Price, location, features, build-up. Pick 3 out of 4.

Even bangsar south is fine and budget I’m flexible till 1.2 to 1.3 mil

at your budget? why not landed instead? could install cctv at your whim

600psf. Can try older mont Kiara projects. Bangsar south even large units are going above 900psf.

The place where I am staying in PJ, there are bigger units of 1900 sq ft. Good management by owners. Installed electric fencing and multiple CCTVS on every floor. You may want to consider this. About 800k above can get 1900 sq ft

Why not try Sri Bangsar? Theirs is sized at 1300sqft with 3R and 2B.

Very limited units, only 3 units per floor and 12 floors overall in a single block.

i think with those condo with average bigger units, i.e. 1500sf, is mainly catering own stay and low dense in general. why so worry about the security ?

if u stay in a community, even the condo now is safe, nothing is guarantee after years later...

I’m still living there now. Well-maintained, peaceful, away from traffic and facilities are practical. We just installed EV chargers too.
