already made payment but then its not displayed that the payment has been made

this was few days ago

till now still say i owe the amount that i paid for

i cant seem to find a way to see where i made the payment as well, the record.

previous platform online was the best

they tell you how much you need to pay, click pay, make payment

and it appears in the statement right away

new platform... slow also...... apa ini......

now i have to spend time, money, petrol just to go there and verify if payment received by them or not
