Level 4 analyst i think is somewhat maps to Principal engineer, i think average is prob around 6-8k maybe max at 10k. SDSM is going through a spin off from Western Digital right now as they will be spinning off the flash division. Market seems to be improving right now, the past 2 years has been brutal, just look at the stock price and you'll get the picture. Performance bonus hasnt been paid for 1.5 years already.
