If my bonus is on average 2yrs of my annual income, I wouldn't leave, considering you like the arrangements at your current company.

No idea for Batu Kawan and I lost contact with a lot my of ex-colleagues post-pandemic. Maybe same as other companies you work for in Pg, after 2-4 yrs, jump ship to get increment.
