#1 first charge, he allegedly raped the girl inside a police patrol car by the roadside of Jalan Persiaran Saujana Ampang at about 10.30pm on Jan 9.
#2 charge unnatural sex,
#3 carnal intercourse against the order of nature, and
#4 sexual assault against the same victim at the same place and time
