Do you know that there are spread butter both unsalted and salted. The main difference is in fat content, not by salted or unsalted la.

It is meant for different purpose. The baking chocolate is pure choc which taste more bitter which people may not like in general. Yes you can use but I doubt you would just put water like people do with Milo.

I can agree chocolate is still chocolate. smile.gif
