Pay zero rent, give zero tax, friend place use like warehouse of yours. Not a single shit under your name, duit you pocket, thorlong people thorlong. I make it like that, except with a bit more milo and no-sugar Soy rather than milk. As I'm somewhat lactose intolerant.
