if you really wanna drill down to all things bad of this estima,

steering coupling noise (endemic to toyota of that vintage)
engine balancer shaft gear self destruct
2az-fe engine oil burning, which leads to below
vvti valve noise
etc etc

My bro in law have one. Don't know how many times car broke down and stranded somewhere. Below are the ones that I know, I believe got some more issues:

- Distributor rosak
- Wiring have to change new one, as battery keeps on leaking voltage
- Radiator bocor
- Steering coupling

acr50 reliable la

but that mileage needs double checking, plenty of owners selling own car, best to get from direct owners rather than used car dealers

since used, rajin check it as used vehicle

spare parts too plenty
aftermarket parts also plenty
taiwan, jpn or thai parts berlambak

If you buy this because it's cheap, then better not. Because you will still be maintaining it as a RM250 car.

my close relative have.

"steering coupling noise (endemic to toyota of that vintage)" - this is true--- got that clicking sound when going over hump and also turning.

Personally, when I sat in the last row... I feel like vomiting.

***that being said, I was in Infinity QX80 - US car... also felt like vomiting.

100K is low mileage. Too low. Sus.

But 300K also no problem I sat in bezza 390K KM and Vios 500K KM. Vios smooth, bezza got weird noise.

Possibilities are there, if its a family and weekend car.

Similar to my 2013 Sorento, that only has 110K km. Roughly I clock around 10K per year.
Its only extended family with in-laws, etc when needed.

My hubby side has frequent gatherings, so bila nak pungut sedara-mara, baru pakai kereta besar.
