Yes section 13 shah alam which is probably the most developed area in SA with proper commercials. Emira is walking distance to both AEON and LRT3 station and also Giant/MSU/lotus/ future ijn hospital.

Can consider bukit jelutong condo if the price is good but that area minimal commercials.

Section 13 looks good with all the facilities & target market...

Didn't know about the IJN Hospital until u mentioned it...

I don't see any progress on IJN hospital, although the project was announce back in 2017.. do u know any latest info?
