May i know if anyone of you have experience renting out Rumawip / Rumah Selangorku?

As far as i concern these house are not allowed to rent it out, although i know some did it.

What are the consequence if got caught, and how easily can the unit rent it out.

Your feedback and suggestion is highly appreciated

AFAIK you can't legally rent it out.

If they got do spot check and find out they will take back the unit.

That's all I know

rent out room by room, when they check just say they are ur house mate

If you want to do something illegal, don’t ask in a forum.

Thanks for the feedback, as conclusion these houses are not meant for rent, so not worth buying it as not suitable for investment.
