Its written there tariff: B.Perdagangan.
Anyway you didn't realize you are buying into a serviced apartment? |

Likely the rented apartment under commercial land thus commercial electricity tariff apply, there is leeway to convert to resi tariff but landlord has to apply…..T&C apply
