Can't really argue about that i accepted the salary in the first place.

I always knew there is a gap, but not this big, anyway i did voiced my concern to my manager and he tried give me a list of things to do to achieve my goal, so that he can proposed the desired amount. I did what he said and now he's telling me the higher up is not approving the extra increment and give me the regular increment instead. I was extremely lucky to land that 10k job and not wait for this bad news. I knew somehow this manager can't be trusted.

Good news is that you brought it up and tried talking to them. Since they refused to make the salary adjustment, you've got no choice but to jump over to new company (since work is similar). With higher pay comes higher expectation, just need to manage that.

You may want to raise this with the HR Manager as well to notify him/ her about the request on salary adjustment, or raise it up during exit interview.
