I have a friend whose modus operandi of running a business is to cheat his friends/partner money.

Everytime start a business, the business will go bust, he will move big house and change big car.

His tactic is always the same. I think on the period i know him i knew like almost 10 business of his go bust. Everytime go bust, change new name, find new investor and rinse and repeat.
