What you're asking is not what you had written on the thread title.

There is a lots of decent IPTV box recently with some high specs and lifetime
My question is how is the quality of those "claimed" 4K movies compare to Blu ray disc
So you're not talking about the Android box itself. The clue we got from what you're asking about is in "lifetime". That usually means service, not hardware. And that usually means streaming service.
If the service is not legit, the quality would suck. Inconsistent PQ, not in 4K, no surround sound. All that stuff.
If the service is legit, it's still not comparable to 4K UHD BD or 1080p BD, since the discs gives you higher bitrate then streaming. But they're still very good.
Disney+ Hotstar is inconsistent is providing 4K PQ and 5.1 AQ, however. Sometimes a new movie or series will come out and be in 1080p only while US/Europe Disney+ have it in 4K. We still don't get the option of Imax formatted Marvel movies.
Netflix, Prime Video and Apple TV+ are more consistent in their service.

A typical uncompressed blu-ray disc size is around 60GB -80 GB for a 2hours 4k movies
If its going to be stream to those IPTV box, its definitely compress size video
Technically, the video and audio stream on 4K BD and 1080p are compressed already. Legit streaming services compresses their content even more. Not legit service even worse.

My question is to what extent?
Is there a way to show how big is the size of the video streaming to your iptv box?
This feature is in-app basis. Netflix and Disney+ Hotstar have streaming statistics you can turn on and off. Prime Video has removed this feature. Apple TV+ I'm not sure; you can turn on the Developer option on Apple TV device though.
Statistics alone is not enough. You can digitize a VHS home video at 1080p resolution and mono sound and encode it to H265 video and EAC3 codec and it'll still be crap. The not-legit streaming service can give you as much bandwidth they can push but if what they captured is crap, then you get crap.

I am asking if its worth to moved to IPTV box from a person used to watch Bluray disc quality
Nope. Especially not the illegitimate service.
