Receive a ticket from PDRM after finish my work. I think is parking saman. With details: Offense 1: Abai Isyarat Lalu Lintas.

The road original got parking yellow box, but they repair and hitamkan jalan cause banyak lubang there, and yellow box haven draw back. I have confidence the place I park got yellow box before they repair the road.

Anyone know what is the process of appealing?

Checked, It seems like they didn't take the picture.

This is where I confused, my car was not moving since morning till night. Saman was issues on afternoon 12PM. Thats why wanted to know what is the ways to check with them, or defend myself.

Good Idea, I already take my car picture and where it is located after found out the Saman stick on my car. With Google Map I should have enough evidence tell them is a False Positive.

Unless DBKL decided to remove parking forever from there.

Hi,

just went to Pasar Seni Traffic station there appeal, provide the picture of Google map of the old parking box, and the location of my car getting saman.

They ask me get confirmation from DBKL is the parking spot still valid or not, if yes, they can settle the saman. So now wait for DBKL response to me.

Let's hope good news incoming.
