I think only Antara Genting Highlands Condo have pedesterian bridge as it is a joint venture project between genting malaysia berhad and aset kayamas.....


When the pedesterian bridge will be completed?

Saw your posts too. Did you invest there? I tot your previous posts are kinda negative about antara.


As for this ridge, a key success factor is the link bridge to 1st world or kokfort given the short distance.(under not a jv with getting). Walking outside is cold and dangerous at night if foggy. In addition, the climbing to the 1st world is taking effort too.

No invest.....


Just wonder later wheather become hot

It will be a big win over antara/ion if there's a walk bridge to at least any kokfort parking floor

Previously i noted got 1 abandoned building just behind the 1st world hotel. LOL rumour was the construction causes potentially crack issue to surrounding building foundation. And projected stopped.
New attempt to revive that building ? or is a complete new site ?

As you have indicated, this area has an abandoned project.
