i bought the wd 500 gb
as i reach my home
try to format it
then it failed
i ask jun to do the rma
but untill today i still waiting

he say that his fren david did post the hd back to me - [twice]
but he say that no 1 at my house
thats is really wierd
since i use my uncle shop
open form monday - saturday
posman wont miss it...

he oso said wanna gimme the tracking no
but still havent get the no

misunderstanding settled.. the problem is with my supplier who has been delaying the RMA.. it is also due to OEM stocks which are currently out of stock in the market..
therefore RMA will take a bit longer than usual..
for my customers that cannot wait, refunds have been done..
thanks for the support n i hope i can please all my customers in a good manner..
n sorry if i've caused inconvenience to them, i'll try my best to settle the problem in a peaceful way..
