Concealed Shower set

Im asking this because when im doing my research, i realized concealed are way more tidy and clean look compared to exposed shower set, and cheaper of course. You able change any particular part if one of them are broken.

But Exposed shower set any part once broken, you need to re-purchase the whole set, overall are more expensive also.

Or any pros or cons wanna share?
Thanks in advance.

Prefer exposed.

If contractor /plumber screw up anything inside need to hack wall.?

Exposed can change parts also what.. The shower head itself can change. The faucet all also can change

Because my bathroom next month will be hack and retiling, so i got options can go for both before they started the work.

I agree with kens88` I'm the handyman for my family and friends, and it is a royal pain when the embedded stuff gives problems. And they will at some time with the wearing out of plastics, valves, rubber, corrosion, etc.

I actually think costs are the same. Changing the whole exposed set in 10 years vs hacking and replacing some tiles and the individual shower items in 10 years? Don't believe there will be much difference.
The exposed items may be considered uglier, but then I personally do not find it so. Beauty being in the eyes of the beholder and all that....

Alright! thanks for that.

For eg Sorento, i find exposed one way more expensive in general. Maybe im not looking deeper.
