-Who is the developer chin hin group -Freehold or leasehold freehold -Completion 2028 -Hw mny car parks included no carpark provided -Estimated maintenance fee rm0.70 psf -Total units & units per floor 960 units level 10-21 40units per floor level 23-67 32 units per floor -Total floors 67 -No. of facilities 44 -Total elevators 6+1 with 6m/s |
