RM717K (before rebate) for smallest unit type of 350sqft. Almost RM2,050psf selling price. Maintenance fee RM0.70.

It's the norm for all KLCC projects nowadays. All focus on Airbnb purposes. Wonder how will the maintenance be like in a few years after completion.
