#1 and #2 are bad strategies and potentially burn-bridge

for #1, don't take the counter offer, after you take the counteroffer your employer knows you will leave(not loyal) and will someday get someone to replace you

for #2, dick move, won't comment further

for #3, you are still trying to get a counteroffer...

so you want to resign or don't want to resign?

if you go interview for a new job just to counteroffer from your current employer for some salary pump then you probably not going to go far in your career.

Seen a lot of people like this, eventually stuck at a job he/she hates and can't get out due to a ruined reputation.
