Hi guys, for a budget below rm40k what is a good naked or sport bike?
I have a B full license.
Currently going thru a few like the Qjmotor Srk600rc, Cfmoto 800nk, cbr650r(over budget)
Also Chinese manufacturer vs Japanese manufacturer.
Preferably new bike, and 4 cylinder.

Does it have to be new?
If used many options for 4 cylinders japan naked bike
kawasaki z900 or suzuki gsx-s750 are both solid choice.
Both can be found under 40k

for sport bike.. only cbr650r fits your criteria but like the cb650, would be over your budget

other than 4 cylinders, you have ninja 650 and z650, they are also beginner friendly

If new I'd pick cfmoto over the qjmotor, cfmoto simply has better finish and feels more premium

srk600 isnt that bad maybe you'd actually like it when you get on it. I've seen some of them on the road

Preferably New due to warranty, so pocket not so sakit if engine issue or any problem due to 2nd hand.

Id look into Cbr650r, quite over the budget ady, its also my first bike, so i dint want to get over expensive and branded.

What do you think about imotorbike? Is is recommended to get 2nd hand bike from there?

I was about to give suggestion.  but after seeing you like chinese bikes.  it's OK lah

I think there's a small misunderstanding, "go thru a few; like the"

I dint like chinese bikes, but with my budget. Macam no choice😅

if you can, just get jap bikes.

will this bike be your daily commute bike?
or just a hobby weekend bike?
*
This will be a new hobby for me and partially daily and vacation rides.

what bike you really like?
have you tested it and still like it?

don't waste 40k because you compromise on a bike you don't like
end up it's a 40k regret and you lose more money in trying to sell it for another bike

aim for the one
save for the one

I like sport bike, i did test it as well for the srk600rc and 800nk, but im just seeing id there's a 40k japanese bike, im already saving up for it, but trying not to go above 40k if possible.

either you can afford it, or not at all
compromise your buying decision based on budget is the worst thing you will do in buying a motorcycle
"what if I had extra 7k and bought that CBR instead"
"what if I had bought a used CBR for the same price instead"
"that S1000RR/GSXR/ZXR/R1/CBR1000RR is only 46~48k"
in the end, get the bike you really want
every purchase decision can be a costly mistake, and you end up spending more to fix it later on

also see what is your riding experience la

if me, 40k, I'll get a used 1000cc sports bike and be happy
*
Okay, I'll try to rethink my decision.

But is there a bike you would recommend?
400 to 600cc
4 inline

are you sure this is what you want as a first bike? all the bikes you listed arent beginner friendly.. buy new also guarantee to drop  sweat.gif

i think imotorbike is a good place to buy.. one user just bought mt09 v3 from there
*
I did think of getting a bike there too, but some bikes are quite close to a new bike price for it. And some are okay, just worrying about the parts problem etc.
