hi hi, may i know, how to buy via EPP?
We must first register an employee address, right?
You can either signup as student EPP with any .edu.my email or as an employee whose company has some kind of corporate program with Samsung to get this EPP price.

very hard to decide, 256gb or 512gb ?
curently using 128gb rom of phone
The higher the better.
According to
Samsung HK, the available storage for each device is as below.
| Device | 256 GB | 512 GB | 1 TB |
| S24 Ultra | 229.0 GB | 481.5 GB | 986.8 GB |
| S24+ | 229.5 GB | 482.0 GB | - |
| S24 | 229.5 GB | 482.0 GB | - |
However, these number doesn't seems to account for the initial system file yet. On my S23U 512GB model, initial storage capacity is 11% used after setup using no simcard and no wifi (about
58GB out of 512GB, or more accurately, about
23GB system file out of actual 477GB used). After a factory reset, storage capacity is 10% used after setup using no simcard and no wifi (about
56GB out of 512GB, or more accurately, about
21GB system file out of actual 477GB used)
Also, you need to account for the R/W cycle of NAND lifespan. Basically more storage equal to more R/W cycle. The moment your NAND reach EOL, there is nothing you can do and you will lost all your data. Even physically replace with a new NAND module will still require to reinstall all OS system again.

How does the trade in actually work? My wife has a S22 Ultra and wants to trade in, and then i saw there is a promo up to RM650 extra on top of the trade in value, so how much exactly can the S22 Ultra trade for?
Trade in with Samsung (Malaysia only) works like this. You get an estimated trade in value of your device + a trade in bonus RM650/RM450 depends on which S24 model you choose. During checkout, only the trade in bonus will be accounted for. Your actual device trade in will be handle by CompAsia (Samsung partnered 3rd party for device recycling), where they will contact you, meet with you, inspect your device, and give a final trade in value. You may accept the offer where they will take the device and verify your bank in detail for the payment later, or deny the offer where you keep your device and that's it.
