You can use it either by choosing RM500 worth of accessories or skip all the accessories and select the 2 years Care+ instead.
Because the 2 years Care+ is less than RM500, you can still add some low value accessory to bring it closer to RM500 worth

Ok I try..thanks

BTW, samsung store now have the phone for testing? Can see can touch? I had the s23ultra previously but it was too heavy and big for me. I was wondering the s24 ultra titanium frame got lessen the weight or not but I saw it just weigh 1 g less than s23ultra

Samsung now seems only accept trade in with a valid IMEI. Which means your device will need to be able to receive cellular signal. Any other device without cellular such as tablet or smartwatch is no longer able to avail the trade in bonus.
Samsung: "We are so sorry for what happen to you. Please contact our customer support to arrange for warranty claim."

i dont think that's true. im not sure what are their requirements but my ipad2 is cellular and wifi so yes it can receive cellular signal but not accepted

Yes I have as I do a lot of YouTube video.

Part of the limitation as having 200mp 1x lens to process does make it stutter a bit

Also use the other lens as the 200mp down sample I think makes it stutter..Switch to 60fps and it's improve a bit

Hope Samseng improve this on the first parch

Ok one ke. I compared to the units at ses. Got lag but mine like lag more..a bit la. But take video and picture is fine. Esp the video so smooth, compare to s23u

I think it also depends on lighting situation

outside bright natural sunlight is the smoothest

Indoor video will stutter a bit

Dark Indoor flickering artificial disco light will also make it stutter quite a bit if u pan fast

I find that if I turn off auto fps and switch to the compatibility codec the video is the most smoothest maybe u can try that

Anyway hope Samseng fix all these in the fw update

Thanks..I just did a test on the video in low light. It is as what u said. If global issue then ok

I thought maybe only my unit like this then need to change it

Hi, does anyone feels the colour of s24ultra is dull?

Also anyone has eye strain from looking at the screen? I didn't get that from s23ultra previously
