Even phone got 8k, if not important thing 1080 60 is enough for me

I don have enough space to keep so much daily 4k video , so 1080 for me is more than enough , the 4k file size is totally BLOW my mind LOL , unless if going to travelling then might shoot some 4k60 to keep , when back to daily stil going with 1080 

The quality of 4k and 1080 is huge different especially you view on a large TV. But the space to store the 4k video is a pain

Not to mention , to edit 4k60fps video , u need a powerful PC to run smoothly  I damn long time didnt upgrade my pc    , most of the time just doing some simple edit on phone 

Kan , nowaday most of the time just snap short clip then up to story , dont have the passion to spend hour sit in front pc to do editing 🤦

i actually using the photo album AI tools , select all the picture and video and they will be automatic combine plus music for me , fast and easy

As using cheap samsung tab a7 lite, i can see what app behave on phone and tab, whatsapp got split view like pc, youtube when rotate right side view comment
As use so many samsung device, i never reset after update

There is a trick atleast on my tab,can make setting page full scree
On any app open samsung keyboard, tap gear icon, mean keyboard setting,
Press back button on top left, it will open device setting at full page
Nagivate any page use top left button to back, if use device back button, sometime it will close setting, maybe tablet UI not design show at full screen

new dex on oneui 8 is bad..in fact its replaced with google/android 16's desktop mode..many features missing

too much to list to be honest, i didnt play too much of it - just a while but the moment you connect you'll notice. one obvious one is when you open an app, it doesnt open it in full screen - it goes to the center of the screen and doesnt cover the full screen at all. Another is when I try to press the windows key on keyboard connected to it (bluetooth), it doesnt open up the "start" menu..not sure why, but other shortcuts work...those are two obvious examples i can think of but there's more that i couldnt recall but if you play around you'll notice big differences

Can the Dex be used after Android 16 or 17 firmware? I tried to connect but could not regardless wired or wireless.

make sure you toggle dex on / off on the notification bar and also make sure your phone is connected to charger, usually need dongle. dex (for me) wired doesnt work without charger + dock/hub that supports it

It still can be used but limited to display device only instead of last time to to PC or Laptop. Force to use Link To Window.

Yes. DeX to Window. I think it is too bad that ONe UI8 is not longer supported.
