I'm not sure what is your reasoning for issuing this challenge. If you know where/how to find, the answer is pretty simple.
Nowadays almost everything is at your fingertips, with the right keyword, search engine will do most of the job for you.

If your windows can do something for sure other windows also can lah, just need to google it or ask chatGPT lorh. Its not like you show something from linux/mac that other windows user cannot do. Anyway good lah you explore something new. Good to share with the community.

my whole computer has only en_US and en_GB including Windows , Adobe, MS Office etc .. and try delete those foreign languages in C:\Windows\System32 and C:\Windows\SysWOW64 with SHIFT+DELETE

you can save more than 50GB space alone
