QUOTE(merzchan @ Nov 15 2007, 08:22 PM) my budget is around 200. but i think there is only few option for 4' speaker izzit? if u insist on 4' u can find coaxial the there ll be high frequency sound with mid frequency and u cant push tat speaker too hard 4' sound more on vocal not on bass. Push too hard u may need to change speaker very soon.. for rear speaker it is best for u to fit in 6x9 3 way speaker if u dun have amp and woofer.. bass just nice vocal and high freq sound also clear...anyway this is the HU i owned year ago pair with stock speaker. ![]() |

QUOTE(merzchan @ Nov 15 2007, 08:28 PM) 4*7 u need to add an extra board on it i use thick papan lapis then tight the speaker on that papan lapis then tight the papan lapis back to the original speaker hole. so far no vibration sound and improve a bit on high freq sound... see when go time i need to find some good acc shop to add 6' component speaker in front... if u really lazy i think u can get a used customize board i think last time got a dude selling for RM30 iswara 1... u buy then can fit 6*9 on it.. then ur ICE ll improve a lot Added on November 15, 2007, 8:33 pm QUOTE(wkho555 @ Nov 15 2007, 08:29 PM) U no i no that 1 ar...This post has been edited by kevinlim001: Nov 15 2007, 08:33 PM |

QUOTE(neosaint99 @ Nov 15 2007, 08:33 PM) nope try to do electrolysis inside ur car... bring a copper rod and dip conductor liquid and the other end touching ur car body.. heheheif u dont clean off the antirust spray properly, your bitumen wont stick properly basically,...about the 5 years warranty, they are banking that you are not opening your doors to check for rust every other month your doors will start to rust slowly from the inside but by the time the rust reaches outside and u notice it, it will be more than 5 years coz the metal has been dipped in the anti rust bath and then sprayed with the grease thing after that their antirust is not what it used to be anywayz.... nowdays they just hentam spray abit here n there je not like lastime...very even n the majority of the inside gets covered |

QUOTE(merzchan @ Nov 15 2007, 08:34 PM) if i put 6 x 9 at the back there need to do some modification izzit? but i don think there is enough space to fit 6 x 9 speaker size at the original place. not worth... how much u wan to pay for that 4' speaker? there is not significant improvement.. even with 4*7 also a bit small improvement only.. 6*9 confirm cant fit it to original place... if can i already fit a 6*9 inside... let say if i change to another 4' speaker to replace that stock clarion speaker, do u think is it worth to do so? will there any signification improvement over the stock speaker? u only can put 6*9 at the rear board there... QUOTE(merzchan @ Nov 15 2007, 08:42 PM) for 4' speaker? maybe less than 200. i just wanna find out is there any improvement or not. if there is very little improvement then kinda stupid to do so. i think less than 100 can get unless u wan to get high end brand... but spending so much for a pair of 4' speaker it doesnt worth IMHO. Even 6*9 u can get with 160+ if i m not mistaken...anyway thanks. Added on November 15, 2007, 8:50 pmmy dad fix 2 6*9 altec lansing brand with speaker box also around RM200 only This post has been edited by kevinlim001: Nov 15 2007, 08:50 PM |
