First time landlord here.

I just got my unit rented out.

So, how does the utilities bills works (online)?

let say for TNB, I have my account. House A and House B (rented unit). so, how tenant are going to pay for the bill?

Is it i give my account email and password for the tenant ? so he pay the house B?

I see in TNB website, they said add account (which i more confused). please help. thank you

can add tenant account so they can view and pay bill
You can also view from your end if they dont pay.

Gila Wei , ask tenant open Thier own account else prepare to learn it the hard way .

Tenant can pay the utilities bill under their own account.

Or can just give the account number, once entered via Boost or TnG to pay, it will show pending amount.
