Just went up last saturday, initially booked first world hotel standard room (Free Room), upon arrival walaoeh room number 14747 and its corner room, doesnt feel good about that then decided to stay at highland hotel (Still free but kena reedeem with genting point).

For your problem, usually you walk pass by lobby got people will offer to sell room to you, but i never bought those thou.

Its considered low season last saturday 6/1 (Rarely saturday is low season)... so the redemption point was not so high so decided to take highland. I booked and stay on the same day summore.
