From what I recall (worked in UOB a decade ago), AVP is just two levels above fresh grad. Fresh Grad > Manager > AVP. Quite devalued.

The structure/level are not the same compare for BU and IT segment
which means,
BU AVP may not have same pay range with IT AVP
so, you wouldnt get any hint from /k in this manner of question asked.
What is your context?
All in all, Associate->Assistant Manager->Manager->AVP->VP->SVP
and yes, there are
few level of AVP
few level of VP
few level of SVP
AM and below have UNION
